|Sambal Goreng Hijau - sedap makan ngan celur pucuk ubi|
I always like this sambal when eating at Restoran Padang or Selero Negeri. It is usually serve with celur pucuk ubi. Also great with ayam kampung goreng. Always wonder how this sambal is made and one day my sister OneHasrina made this sambal and said that this is new recipe from her sister in law.
Oh yes, this is the sambal like the one from the Selero Negeri! So now I know how to made sambal ijo!!!!
