2 packs of Perencah Berlada Hitam maggi mixed with 1 cup of water
1 pack of Mix Seafood - frozen (Jusco ada)
3-4 balls of sotong ball or prawn ball or fish ball (I used IBU brand) - dry blend
1 large onions - sliced or chooped ikut kerajinan!
1 cup of button mushrooms or Mixed veggie 1 teaspoon corn flour mixed with 1 cup of water
1 pack of pasta - any kind!
Olive oil to stir fry
Salt & Sugar to taste
Cara-cara:
- Boil water to cook the pasta. When cooked, angkat dan toskan
- In a wok, fry the slice onions then add the blended seafood balls.Agak2 ler berapa lama!
- Add the black pepper paste, kacau and add corn flour mixture when the back pepper paste dah menggelegak.
- Add the seafood mixture and salt and sugar to taste.
Ready to eat!!!! |
